Hi Teresa, Thank you for your inquiry. We recommend a starting dose of 1mg per 10lbs for everyone. For example, if you weigh 140lbs, you would want to start off taking about 14mg of CBD. If you purchased our 1,000mg Isolate Dropper, one drop contains 2mg of CBD, so you would want to take about 7 drops. This is just our starting dose so it is perfectly safe to increase if you feel like you aren’t experiencing relief. We would also recommend taking the drops about an hour before you go to bed if you are using them to help you sleep. This is just our starting dose so it is always okay to increase if you need to.
